Named for the Greek moon goddess Selene, she represents the quiet power of the feminine. Keeper of dreams and guardian of the night, she reminds us that even in darkness we have our own light. She celebrates changing phases, intuitive wisdom, and the natural flow of growth. The moon stands for intuition, change, and life’s cycles while the woman shows the strength and grace we hold through each phase. A simple reminder to trust yourself, accept where you are, and find beauty in your journey.
These earrings were hand carved in wax, then cast in beautiful glowing Brass and Sterling Silver. An ancient technique of jewelry making still used today. My intention was to take the classic look of a hoop earring but infuse it with meaning and power.
