There’s a beautiful old word, gloaming, for that fleeting moment between sunset and darkness. It’s a time when the world feels a little different, when shadows deepen and the boundary between reality and dreams seems to soften.

I like to imagine a wild orchard existing in this space. A place where the ordinary becomes a little mysterious, where unexpected things grow, and treasures are tucked away among the branches.

The Night Orchard was born from that imagination. A collection of unusual gemstones, botanical details, and silver shaped by curiosity. Each piece a little different, with its own story and unexpected beauty.

At the heart of this necklace is Tuxedo Agate, a stone I only discovered this year. Once I began working with it, the rest of the design seemed to fall naturally into place. Paired with Dendritic Quartz and Sapphire, the earthy tones and intricate details give this piece a quiet elegance. Measuring 18”, I imagine it becoming a favorite for sweater weather, adding a little unexpected beauty to even the simplest outfit.
